The Portland hospitality sector welcomes the reopening in December of both the Trident Hotel and Castle, following a lengthy period of remodeling and construction.
Both facilities are under the management of Geejam, headed by Jon Baker. It is expected the Geejam team will be next concentrating on the reopening of the Blue Lagoon Restaurant with work on that project due to begin in early 2013.
Geejam has also announced the acquisition of property in the vicinity of Trident where an organic vegetable farm and plant nursery will be located.
